SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH and you, as a customer. By completing a purchase from our products you agree and are subject to these terms and conditions.
SCOPE
The present general sales policies apply to all purchases made with Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH through any purchasing mode, including but not limited to over our webshop – www.drei-stuben.ch, by phone, by email or in person.
CONTRACT
Orders made over the webshop via shopping cart will receive a confirmation e-mail via their specified e-mail during the checkout process. This e-mail between Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH and the customer is the confirmation of the sale and contract and is legally binding. Orders with false information or e-mail address will be discarded.
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries if items are not on stock. In this case, no additional shipping costs will be charged. The purchased products will be sent from Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH in Zurich. Shipping is at the risk of the customer. Deliveries will be sent to the customer’s billing address unless another shipping address is supplied. The delivery of goods in Switzerland is usually within 2-5 business days. If an article is not on stock, delivery may take up to 14 days. These shipping times are for guidance only and do not constitute any guarantee. Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH will not send replacement items for items not on stock. Items will be delivered as soon as possible once re-stocked. The delivery times above are valid for Switzerland. webshop.
PRICES
All prices on www.drei-stuben.ch are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss Sales Tax (Mwst) but do not include shipping.
PAYMENT
Product orders can be paid with credit card over stripe. It is also possible to pay cash for all products in the restaurant Drei Stuben Beckenhofstrasse 5, 8006, Zürich
COMPLAINTS AND RETURN POLICY
Customers must inspect the products immediately when received. Any defects or falsely delivered products must be reported within 5 business days. If no complaint is received within that deadline, then the goods are deemed proper and accepted by the customer. The return of goods to Nordgarten Gastronomie Gmbh is at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned within 10 business days of the receipt of goods. Correctly delivered products cannot be exchanged or returned.
PRIVACY POLICY
The customer’s privacy is our outmost priority. Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH will protect the customer’s data and will not share it with any third party without the customer’s express consent. The webshop www.drei-stuben.ch abides by Swiss Law in regards to data privacy. You as the customer can request any information about your account or request Nordgarten Gastronomie GmbH to delete it at any time.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute in connection with the validity, interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
VOUCHERS
- This voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance, and can only be redeemed at Drei Stuben, Beckenhofstrasse 5, Zürich. No extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
- Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
- All online vouchers are confirmed by email. This document is your voucher. It must be presented at the restaurant upon arrival.
- The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been altered, tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
- Drei Stuben is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
